Ear reflexology, auricular reflexology or auricular therapy is the practice of stimulating specific reflex areas on the ears to elicit the body’s self-corrective healing mechanisms.

Ear reflexology can be used as a primary therapy, or can be used in conjunction with other therapies. It is complementary, holistic, preventative, and effective. In this workshop, we will learn the basic locations of the body parts on the ear reflex map, focusing primarily on using ear beads on 3 power points and 5 addiction points.
